I've never seen such a talky action movie. There's hardly any action at all in this "action" movie, and what there is is uninspired, unexciting, and unnecessary. Between the brutal opening and the brutal closing is a tiresome sequence of meaningless gab. It'd be fine if there were some character development going on, but most of the dialogue scenes merely reinforce stereotypes -- and many don't even do that. This movie induced such daunting levels of boredom, I almost didn't even bother finishing it -- and I wouldn't have, except that I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to ridicule it in a review. In the interests of your own sanity, leave this tripe on the shelf.
