Living In Oblivion (1995)

Reviews and Comments

Movie lovers should get a kick out of this low budget film about the harried making of a low budget film. Steve Buscemi stars as the director, besieged by failing equipment, inept stagehands, and actors with ideas. Black and white shots are mixed with color shots to denote the difference between truth and fiction, which isn't as easy a distinction to make as it sounds. If you can stomach the harsh language, there's a lot of painful black comedy here to laugh at.
