Jumping Jacks (1952)

Reviews and Comments

In this average Martin and Lewis vehicle, Jerry Lewis is persuaded to pose as a private in the army so he can be part of an entertainment act. The charade is regretted by all parties involved as circumstances force it to be prolonged indefinitely. Although there are some humorous moments in Jumping Jacks, there aren't quite enough to carry the film. Fans will enjoy it; others should start with something else.
