Hollow Point (1996)

Reviews and Comments

Hollow Point is either cornball or cheeseball, one of the two, laid on as thick as you could imagine. Not a shred of it makes any sense at all, but it plows through action that doesn't work and jokes that don't work with such heedless headlong energy that it's hard not to like it just for the flamboyance of the attempt. The saving grace is Donald Sutherland, whose wild, scene-stealing comic assassin is a scream. This is a bad movie, but it's so reckless and weird that it might just be worthwhile.
