Besides being one of the better live action family films Disney has to offer, Darby O'Gill and the Little People also provides filmgoers an early look at Sean Connery, before James Bond made him a certified star. The story, about an Irishman who happens upon leprechauns, is a good one, and should please the young and young at heart.
