One of the best of the Maria Montez/Jon Hall pictures of the forties thanks to better (but still not great) dialogue. The plot is formuliac and predictable, but still fun, especially for fans of the Queen of Technicolor. Semi-regulars Turham Bey and Andy Devine guest star.
